I got the fajitas rancheros, wife got the chimichanga with chorizo, they were AMAZING. Best food I’ve had in a while, I will definitely be coming again.

I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but the experience was pretty disappointing. The service was quite slow, and it felt like the staff was having a hard time keeping up with the tables during my visit. When the food finally arrived, it just didn't have the flavor I was looking for, which was a real letdown. I'm sure they have good days, but this wasn't one of them, and I probably won't be rushing back.

Yesica was An amazing server. She’s bilingual which is perfect! And she was helpful w everything I was indecisive about. I always love coming to La morena! My fav things are their strawberry horchata, chirizo breakfast bowl, and their fruity pebbles French toast stuff w cream cheese!

Great food. However very slow service. 50 minutes today to get my food.

Yesterday I ordered a salsa queso burrito, something I have ordered many times from LA Morena. Amazing food. However, this time it came with an extra ingredient. Long metal spirals/shrapnel. This has to be from cleaning with a metal scotch pad that got in the food. Either way. This could have been very bad given I have had stomach/internal surgery 2 years ago. Thankfully I noticed the crunch. There where 3 of them. About thr size of half a fork. Not small. Noticeable. I called and was told because it was a door dash, it could have been them. Not possible, given thr containers where tapped shut and bag was tied and tapped shut. Not just that but a person trying to make a living off door dashing is not cleaning flat top grills with scotch pads. The restaurant is. Still waiting for the owner to return my complaint. Once they reaolve I will adjust my review. The food is great but this is bad. Inspect your food. 🙏

Why not More service as I experienced here? We all can be happy and appreciated at the same time! I ordered a burrito and I did say Shredded Beef(White girl in the Mexican restaurant would say) and we went back and forth and I ended on saying Steak So they brought what I ordered and a side of Barbacua to be sure I was satisfied! Just to be sure without hesitation or fussing they just “DID” and delivered an exceptional meal and extra touch of personal care to the food they serve to public ( even the confused white girl) Thanks I will be Back!
