WHAT?! NO FRAPPES ..NO ICE CREAM...NO SUNDAES. DID YOU GET RID OF SHAKES AND MC FLURRIES TOO? FRAPPE WAS MY GO TO FOR MANY MANY YEARS. IT WAS THE ONE THING I ENJOYED SINCE YOU CHANGED THE FRENCH FRIES AND CUT THE FISH SANDWICH DOWN TO HAPPY MEAL SIZE. BAD MENU CHOICE DECISIONS CREATES CUSTOMER LOSS. Worst McDonald’s in the Siouxland area!! The manager was rude as hell, giving dirty looks and shut the window on me as I was asking for my sprite!! Pretty sure he’s new never seen him before but rude!! Asked for the guys name and the little girl who was in the window laughed and said I’m not going to give you that like they can’t give out names!!!
