Twice in 3 months I have ordered pasta and they have been out of pasta. Online still let me place the order and took my money. Still charged me for it!! To get the money back will be 7-10 days. To get the pasta who knows!! Area manager was unapologetic, rude and unwilling to fix the issue. Do not recommend Pizza Hut in SSC at all, zero out of ten.
Ordered a pizza box and cinnamon stix. At 7pm, got it around 7:40, no big deal. Didn't get my cinnamon stix, called and the girl said she packed them. Okay well I didn't get them. She asked if I wanted them delivered. Uhm yes please. It's been 30 minutes now and I have yet to see them.
I'm writing this literally waiting on my pizza that said it went out for delivery at 6:41 it is now 7:24!!!! I will be getting a refund if my order is cold how ridiculous this is and not to mention I live 4 blocks from pizza hut !
