Pizza wasn’t in the little oven they have there to keep it warm when I got it it was cold as an ice cube. Didn’t help when it was -10 out. Side and driving home with it.

The food was good, but the reason for the 5 was the server. He had a very positive energy and made the whole experience great. Would return again just because of him, I did not see his name so i am unsure of it, but a big thank you to him for just being a genuine person.

First time here, came in back and forth for bread sticks my kids were hungry from a long drives. And I gotta say I felt horrible by the way the cashier treated me and my husband! Blonde thick girl with long pink nails!! Horrible feeling when you’re talking and no responses especially when we said thank you and she just turned away. 8/07/24 2:00pm

Called local number as I have for several years..at least once or twice a month. Not locals answering phones. Door Dash delivers took about an hour for a 25 minute wait. Had decent flavor but not hot barely warm. For 43.00 could have went elsewhere and didnt have to nuke it

The beef taco pizza is my favorite! They always have good deals and the rewards is good, usually always able to get free breadsticks!
Ordered from the SSC location for pickup. The reason being, they are the only location that never seems to be out of something every time I think about ordering from Pizza Hut. Sioux City locations are ALWAYS out of either breadsticks or either thin crust or pan. It's always something with the Gordon Drive and Hamilton Blvd locations. I e never seem to understand how this happens over n over to the point that it gets to be annoying. That would happen one time if I ran the place never to happen again. I'd make sure we had enough dough for every type of crust we made and for breadsticks. No customer would have to order from somewhere else or most often from a different pizza establishment altogether. I know when I would see they were out of this or that I'd just go order from somewhere else. Then I started checking the SSC location, and they always seemed to have available whatever it was we were going to order. So we decided to order from over there only to receive the pizza with the toppings incorrect. Go figure . That will effectively result in fewer stars. It is what it is. The pizza was good, though.
Bad experience place an order for delivery at 8:25 did not receive my order until 10:01.The so call manger trying to offer me store credit but I felt like if it's that late it should be free,so I sent it right back plus she forgot the rest of my order.This is not business.

Construction going on. Girl let us eat in. Couldn't get the order right. She looked dead on her feet. But she was so nice about it.So wait till construction is over to eat in. Pizzas were still going out the door though.

Wish what you see in the picture online was what you actually get.Orderwd garlic cheese bread or sticks.They showed all separated like sticks but it's actually a slab or bread.Not exactly what I wanted.
