Besides being the best coffee shop around, I would like to give a BIG Thumbs up for Lyndsey. This gal has a personality and smile that is over the top. !!!! I always look forward to seeing her at the window. She just makes the start of my day off "happy".

The lady that took our order who delivered our drinks as well was extremely rude and rushed us while taking our order. She wouldn’t even look at us at the window. She just gave us our total looking down at her screen. I usually buy from this location because I have always had wonderful experiences except this time. This was around 7:47pm on 6/22.

Horrible horrible customer service there's more ice then anything no flavor of what I ordered I will be taking my $ somewhere else. So sad because I tried to get them to make it right w me but was rude condicenting made me feel like I didn't know anything about coffee & how their drinks are made. I know the past 2wks I've ordered samt thing every single time & past 2 days it's just blended ice & a splash of coffee so sad ?

Come here if you want your drinks so iced that you can’t even drink them without sucking your cheeks through themselves. Staff obviously doesn’t care or know what they’re doing when making cold drinks. Unbelievable. Spent $7 can’t even drink my peanut butter power! Thanks for nothing. Will never come here again. I’ll go to the much better Starbucks.

They gave me the wrong drink and the wrong muffin. There were multiple people working there and no one else was in line before me or after me. They were too busy talking to pay attention. I had to correct them on my order and they still got it wrong.
