2 $7 meals, Both Boxes contained broken tacos, Chicken Chalupa only had chicken halfway through the Chalupa, Stale Nacho Chips, not sure why the food was so poorly made, there was only myself and one other person in drive thru, I could totally see an empty lobby on my way out. Sorry will absolutely not be visiting this location any further. But the drinks where good.

As a Taco Bell employee how do yall not know to put sauce in the bag like who gone eat these dry ahh tacos with no sauce? Cmon 2+2=4 yall and the pop flat Christ work isn’t that hard

Cannot get customer service at front counter at all, even though there is plenty employees there they want you to use the kiosk why they are on their telephones ordered combos could not get drinks because they said that they are out of pop but still charge me for my full price menu items Ordered a chicken quesadilla combo. There was no chicken or barely any chicken in my quesadilla asked for my fries to be fresh when I ordered did not give me fresh fries. Had to go back up and get them remade where the girl had an attitude because I was asking that they get remade stating it would be three minutes. I told her I would wait five as long as I got fresh fries Left still hungry after paying $18.03 for a quesadilla and a five dollar box was the most ridiculous experience I ever had when I could not find the five dollar box on the kiosk. The employee asked me did I need glasses to see only she couldn’t find it either Customer service is nonexistent. Food is disgusting and not enough to fill up. A toddler. Prices are ridiculous for product that you are receiving and being charged for product that you cannot receive.

I think I got in the drive thru at 1145pm and left the drive thru at 1230am on a Friday night into Saturday morning.
Their baja blast tasted like water and thier was no meat in the taco. Tables were dirty the floor was disgusting. The last place I checked was the bathroom I go in their and got out cause it smelled like humans feces. The trash was riped. They had a huge mess between the chairs. Last but not least, the put side windows was broken and they had to use tape to put it back together.
Parking: We were the only people thier.

I am not a fan of lettuce (texture issue) and EVERY time I just hope maybe this time I don’t have to pick it off but I will always have to pick it off. They must not change their gloves because even if they do manager to not put lettuce there are one or two strands inside. It makes me gag and no longer in the mood to eat. Do better. Change ur gloves. Respect I just don’t want any lettuce when I ask….if they received tips they would never receive a tip from me. Management was also very unprofessional when I asked for her to remake it 🤷🏽♀️
