“We tried Tommy’s from a recommendation from my daughter. I’m so glad we did. I’m still thinking about the Vietnamese coffee. So good. Tommy came out and talked to us. He uses everything fresh, the meats, the veg and you can taste it. And the portions were huge so we had leftovers. I love leftovers. Yum! We will definitely be making Tommy’s a regular. And we live 35 miles away. Worth the drive.”

“Delicious food. My husband even ordered extra food, scraped his plate clean then scraped my plate clean. I had the bistec and he had the tamale/enchilada plate then added a ground beef taco. Such friendly fast service”

“A great diner in a cool Sapp brothers truckstop off I-29 and NB2 . This diner apple barrel I had Sheila twice. Shes very friendly but you gotta ask for her PIE. She has the best PIE! Burgers are very good but the jalapeños are terrible. Just buy the canned one ? Meatloaf ok. I enjoy the drivers bar as well. Weekend salad bar soup etc and real bacon bits. But all the staff at this truckstop seem friendly. Bathrooms very clean with real bidets for every stall…… I’ll leave that alone but it sure is a experience…….
Parking: Its a truckstop? Plenty”

“Visited when apples weren't in season but they did have a nice selection of cider, jams, honey, pickled veggies and wine. Had several pies, turnovers and other baked goods. Although we did not eat there, they do have a nice little restaurant as well.
Prices were a tad bit high but to be expected. (Honey $25, $16,$8. Jams $9)
Staff was very friendly. Would recommend. I'll be getting my birthday apple pie there this year.”

“My husband and I were staying at the Lied Lodge during Apple Jack Festival. Sunday morning we had reservations at 9am at Timbers. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were seated right away. There were quite a few open tables still. Our waitress, Grace, was very sweet and attentive. My husband ordered the Apple Pancakes and I ordered the French Toast. We also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes. We really enjoyed our breakfast! We had been seated at a table by the windows and it would have been so lovely except that the fog was so intense. We couldn't see past a few feet from the window.”

“At first, I visited to just get my Wine Passport stamped but what I found is that they grow their own grapes and have other local wineries turn it into wine. The owner is very nice and I talked with her for a bit about the vineyard and wines. She pointed out where which grapes are grown where which is pretty cool! I tasted the St. Vincent which is so excellent that I ended up buying a bottle! St. Vincent was vinted by Whiskey Run Creek. They also have Edelweiss and Frontenac Blanc white wines. Which I will try next time I visit this orchard. They also have some really good smelling foods which I will buy next time. They have music throughout the summer and on those days they are open later than normal. I highly recommend this place to everyone.”
