“At first, I visited to just get my Wine Passport stamped but what I found is that they grow their own grapes and have other local wineries turn it into wine. The owner is very nice and I talked with her for a bit about the vineyard and wines. She pointed out where which grapes are grown where which is pretty cool! I tasted the St. Vincent which is so excellent that I ended up buying a bottle! St. Vincent was vinted by Whiskey Run Creek. They also have Edelweiss and Frontenac Blanc white wines. Which I will try next time I visit this orchard. They also have some really good smelling foods which I will buy next time. They have music throughout the summer and on those days they are open later than normal. I highly recommend this place to everyone.”

“We tried Tommy’s from a recommendation from my daughter. I’m so glad we did. I’m still thinking about the Vietnamese coffee. So good. Tommy came out and talked to us. He uses everything fresh, the meats, the veg and you can taste it. And the portions were huge so we had leftovers. I love leftovers. Yum! We will definitely be making Tommy’s a regular. And we live 35 miles away. Worth the drive.”

Menu has changed quite a bit over the years.
I have finally found a new favorite, burnt ends. There are enough ends I save half for leftovers. Baked Potato never disappoints and vegetable of the day is always good.
The other person in my party got the 2 egg breakfast with ham steak and hash browns.

Wait time for food and bill were good.
Temperature wise the building was comfortable.
Last place I ate at I thought I might have to get my coat out of the car it was too cold.

Our waitress Amber checked on us a few times during the meal.
And did a drink refill in a timely manner.”

I have to say their chili was the best item I would recommend.

🍟Fries was my friend’s must-try. It came out fresh, crispy and clean.

Cinnamon roll was doing ok! Kinda sweet with a soft texture.

Original sandwich was unfortunately the one I have nothing too positive to say. The filling was bland.”

“We chose cake creations for our wedding cake/cupcakes. The cake/cupcakes were delicious and had such light and fresh flavors. We did not get to taste all of the flavors before they were gone (so glad our guests loved them too!), but it's a great excuse to return for more! The wedding cake was beautiful and decorated exactly like we had asked.They were very accommodating when we went in for a tasting and asked to try a few additional sample flavors, as well as very professional when an unfortunate event happened and the samples that were sent out made it to the wrong customer. They quickly made new plans with us to correct the mistake. Delivery went smoothly and was prompt. Thanks for helping make our day extra sweet!”

“The food is surprisingly very good. The stuffed mushrooms are the best I have ever eaten and I have been to a lot of different Chinese buffets in many different states. The Rangoons are very good as well. It's cafeteria style when you pay 1st and serve yourself. I will definitely be back.”

Entrees did not come with sides other than the weekend prime rib special, requiring higher expense on top of higher entree prices of the new menu. “We just spent the weekend at the Arbor Day lodge. The accommodations were excellent. The food at Timbers was amazing! The scenery was the best. The trails were so lovely and well kept. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. If you’re looking to connect with nature with your family, this is an excellent place. The camp fire and s’mores put it over the top!”
