Salted Edge is our favorite. We love the food and the staff there and enjoy taking friends that have not had the chance to experience this little gem. We sat at the Chef's Table last time and also truly enjoyed the action behind the scenes. Chris was our waiter last night and did a great job of taking care of us. The atmosphere is great.

Wagyu sliders, wasabi caesar salad, beef cheek ravioli and apple crisp creme brulee were all delicious. We will definitely be back. During cold, snowy, icy conditions, the distance from parking and the wind tunnel in the building are the only negatives ...

From the moment I stepped in to the restaurant until I left I felt comfortable and welcomed. The hostess staff, they were both fabulous. The waitress was attentive and very efficient. I had the bison fillet and it was phenomenal. A wonderful experience all the way I definitely will be back.

When we arrived they had given my reservation away even though I was 10 minutes early. Drinks took at least 20 minutes & our tabs were messed up then said they fixed them after 15 minutes , they came back and we're still wrong. We just paid it and left and figured it out in our own.

We have been to Salted Edge a number of times and love the food and the waterside setting. Last night seemed a bit off from the service standpoint. Drinks took an unusually long time to arrive - it seemed like there was only one bartender? But my food was, as always, delicious and beautifully prepared.

My wife and I went here for dinner on a Wednesday night. The service at the bar before dinner was quick and polite. We were seated prior to our reservation time and the service throughout was exceptional. They brought out the food in a timely manner but never too quickly, which allowed us time to finish our appetizers and salad prior to the meal. We had Brussel Sprouts, a Wedge Salad, the Braised Short Rib and Bison Bolognese. They were all incredible. We are already looking forward to going back. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing food!! Amazing atmosphere!! Love the Prosecco on tap - it's just sooo good. Your waitstaff and bartenders are just wonderful!!

This is our second visit to Salted Edge. We have enjoyed the energetic atmosphere and the food both visits. I had the bison bolognese with house-made pappardelle and it was heavenly. The servers are always attentive. We will be back.

The food was very good! We went to Salted Edge for our anniversary and enjoyed immensely! We sat in the bar area first as we were early for our reservation. We each had a berry margarita that was beautifully embellished with mint, blueberries and blackberries. We ordered the bread board with 5 assorted bread and special butters for each bread....they were all delish! For the main course I ordered the 6 oz filet that was cooked perfect and seasoned just as perfect. My husband ordered the braised short rib and he just kept saying "this is so good". We also ordered a side of pommes aligot (mashed potatoes) that were so creamy. All in all it was a wonderful time! Also our waiter was Fabian and he was just the best!

It was amazing, it looked clean and very nice! Our Server was fantastic, very poetic in describing the dishes! It was probably the best upscale restaurant experiences I've had! Definitely coming back!

Such an amazing restaurant with great and attentive staff, incredible wine, and delicious steaks! I couldn't have dreamt of a better night to celebrate my BF's new job offer!!
