My whole fam loves El Bees, been going there for years! We get the corn tortillas w/ pico de gallo for appetizer. My fav dish is quesadilla grande shredded beef w/ beans 'n rice. I order an extra order of rice to go home w/ my left overs. Hubby will sometimes have the fajitas or the Macho Chimichanga. This is a gem of a restaurant in Waterloo, NE. It is cozy inside, very friendly staff and good service. The food is well prepared and comes out fast and hot. I'd highly recommend taking your family here for dinner.

Shockingly, the best burger in town! Get the waffle fries for the side. They cook in the same grease as the yummy flour chips which makes them taste so much better than anyone else. Great place!
