“While Farmer Brown's has so many great items to choose from on their menu, any trip there for me has to include 2 of my favorites in all of Omaha, their amazing onion rings and their incredible Prime Rib! This round, I had the huge 38 oz Hired Hand Cut, and holy smokes, was this shrine to Nebraska meat tender!!! They cooked it to an absolutely perfect Medium Rare, and it sat nicely in it's au jus bath on the plate! By default, it comes out more lightly seasoned, but they give you more seasoning if you want to sprinkle it on there. Their garlic mashed potatoes were also fabulous!”

“Loved Rude Shrimp Co. The location is a little out of the way from the busier touristy spots and the vibe is relaxed and fun. Food and service were excellent. This is a great addition to the island. We’ll def be back.”

“Some of the best tacos I've had in my life! Turns out my friend I went to culinary school with runs the kitchen on Taco Tuesdays, it was really good seeing him it's been 4ever! Definitely going back next Tuesday! Only gripe is the bathroom was a hot mess!! I heard they are working on that situation. If you have the time to go a extra few miles I would check out them Tacos! I had 3 beers and a taco and my tab was just over 20 bucks, not bad @ all!!”

“This Subway is attached to a small gas station. The staff is friendly and it's just a few minutes outside of Omaha on Center Road. Nothing special about this one but the staff seems nice every time I stopped in and the place is clean. While grabbing your sandwich to go you might as well fuel up cuz prices for gas and fuel are much cheaper than in Omaha”

“Shockingly, the best burger in town! Get the waffle fries for the side. They cook in the same grease as the yummy flour chips which makes them taste so much better than anyone else. Great place!”

“We live a golf cart ride away, and we are avid R Bar visitors. The food is amazing, and Wendy is a badass in the kitchen! The smash burger is my favorite!If you're looking for a local spot, stop here! The patio is awesome!”

“LeVoltaire is one of our favorite restaurants. My filet was grilled perfectly, medium rare, and the seafood special was delicious. Their escargot with cheese is one of the best in town. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Lisa, our server, was personable, knowledgeable, and timed our courses so we were not hurried. Our beverages were served in a timely manner. The atmosphere is more intimate than many of the restaurants in Omaha. LeVoltaire has a varied menu with many entrees you won't find on other menus.”

“The food here is excellent. We really like their grilled pork plate with gallo pinto and sweet plantains with an add-on of the fried cheese. Their pupusas are also really good.”

“Dairy Chef has the best soft serve I have ever had in my life. I love getting a chocolate shake with fresh strawberries (my go to) and their food is also amazing! They have great burgers, chicken strips, popcorn chicken, yummy tots, and fries. I have never craved ice cream like I crave Dairy Chef.”

“The food was delicious and it was extremely fast! I wash shocked when we ordered it and with 15 min it was on the table. Such a great place.Kid-friendliness: We had two toddlers and they had the high top high chairs. They were very helpful with the kids and making sure they had everything they needed.”

“Very Busy BBQ! HUGE to go business as well. The dining room is huge though so you should be able to find a seat. The set up is a little nerve wracking because you have to read the menu real quick on the wall when you come in, pay and then they give you a number and bring it to you. After a few times I'm sure it won't be as scary. Lol. They have a couple cashiers, so the line goes pretty fast. Desserts are behind them in the cooler... So don't forget that! Banana or Pistachio pudding! I like the pulled pork the best & my spouse likes the ribs. Everything we've had is good tho the few times we went. They have 3 sauce bottles available. Fire. Sassy (sweet & savory our fav) & mild. All are great tho. Apple coleslaw is vinager based & i loved it. Could taste apple. My spouse didn't because they like the more mayo version. Cornbread is like cake consistency (my fav) but spouse likes more crumbly but we both appreciated the great corn flavor! Served with honey & butter. Kettle chips are bubbly and flavorful. Fried onion petals are great small size to put on the sandwhich if you want. I didn't know they had dill pickle chips and those come with the sandwich on the side. Mmmm. They do run out of brisket fast and there is a sign on the door if they run out of stuff they close. Everything is FRESH! Smells awesome in there and kept really clean due to a large working crew. They sell bottles/ cans behind counter to drink, but they do have soda, homemade lemonade, sweet & unsweetened tea at serve yourself fountains. I would say it's definitely in the top 5 BBQ places in Omaha. But then again there isn't a bad bbq in Omaha. Very reasonable prices. $40 for 2 adults with drinks & dessert not including tip. The suggested receipt tips are 2 to 7% probably because it's pay at the counter & get ur own tableware. We left 15% on a card & a couple dollars in the jar by the register. Squirreled away in a corner lot of several strip malls, across from Tanners Bar on the Northeast side of 156th & Maple. Watch for confused drivers everywhere. It's a weird residential entrance. Use GPS. Lovely area though.”

“Khao Niao has been a staple for us since moving out to West O from Midtown. They easily have the best Thai curry I've had (I can't get enough of their massaman curry). Wife loves their pad thai and pad see ew. Can't go wrong with any of the food here!”

“Beer - great variety of beer. They had everything from pale ale, to an IPA, to fruity and dark beers.Atmosphere- very fun brewery atmosphere. Lots of bar and table seating. They have a patio that is pet friendly.Food - Order from the deviled egg co. It’s very close. They allow you to bring in food.”

“My friend & I tried Alice for the first time Saturday night. I have frequented their sister bar Wicked Rabbit and was looking forward to trying Alice. The atmosphere was great and the staff was super friendly. I personally love when my drinks get set on fire because its a great show. I had the Demeter & the Planters Punch. If I had one suggestion, it would be less ice! However, the cocktails were great and I'm looking forward to going back.”

“There is no better coffee shop in Elkhorn or Omaha. The crew here is truly fantastic – from ownership on down. Such a friendly atmosphere. Great patio for nice days. Easy online ordering system. “First of all the donuts are incredible! The cake’s they made for my son’s 1st birthday were amazing. They tasted even better than they looked! Working with them was super easy and they were very flexible when we had to change the party date last minute. We will definitely be going back for all future cake and donut orders!! We gave them an idea of what we were wanting and the party theme and they came up with some really cool cakes!”

“The food here was fantastic! And reasonably priced. The shrimp dumpling appetizer was soo good! Also tried the Drunken Noodles and Vermicelli bowl. Love that the drunken noodles has beef, chicken and shrimp! We did Takeout, but the gal I spoke with to pick up the order was very sweet. Will definitely be back!”

“First time visiting for my hubby's birthday. We will be back for sure but won't get the Prime Melt Sandwich. That is the only reason for a 4 star on this review. He said the aujus sauce was over salty. Now for the things you MUST have when going... Chips & Queso and Fried Chicken - AMAZING! The chips for the queso were not store bought but homemade and came out freshly hot and were just out of this world. The fried chicken was hot, fresh, juicy, and just delicious. Our server was crazy busy... running bar, keno, taking orders and taking phone orders, and doing it all with a peppy smile and genuine care for everyone.Highly recommended!”
