Stopped in to grab a quick sandwich, place was packed,everybody waited 4ever for there food ,floors and tables were filthy filthy...so do better McDonald's..
First, the positive. The food was fresh and hot. But the good part ends here. This new McDonald's setup is terrible. It feels so cold and impersonal. If you walk up to the counter to order instead of using a kiosk, it feels like you are an inconvenience. Counter service feels like an afterthought. It's not just this McDonald's, but all of them.
