“Man oh man... 75 years of runza, I have sure been missing out on these sandwiches.

Jasmine was very helpful while I was ordering. The Cheeseburger Runza was delicious, the pumpkin spice shake hot the spot.

Definitely a place to stop in for this Nebraska born sandwich that's 75 years and still a hit with the locals.“

“If I could give more than five stars I would customer service is like a 150%. They go above and beyond very clean place very happy place this is what you call a McDonald's very happy to give them my money and I'm sure they're happy to take it they made me feel like it was worth every penny“

“Extremely expensive for the small sizes you pay for. I got the nuggets and they were so small and I don't like their waffle fries. No salt or pepper on the waffle fries. I don't see what's all the hype about them, in my personal opinion it's a joke, food wasn't that great. I had gone up 3 times to talk to a manager about my meal and they didn't have one,at that store. I'm probably not going back there again unless I get to talk to a manager. There customer service had a lot left to be desired.“

“I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.“

“Stumbled across this one by accident last week. We hadn't been to Freddy's in forever but I had free custard coupons to use up. Turns out Tuesdays are Family Night and kids eat free with adult combo purchases.
Food came out hot and fresh. Kids got their treats. Saved a pretty penny. Customer service was great! (South 48th location)

“This place is known for their salads. My daughter-in-law ordered the Double Berry Chicken variety and was pleased. My son went with a classic the Single Don.

Their other famous offering is the Double Don which is a favorite burger of my husband's. I got the Frenchee kids meal, gotta get a Large side of pickles to accompany.

Kids love their chicken and mini burgers. Plus some of the best fries and rings ever. Was given lots of yummy take-home ranch for our leftovers!

“Let me start off by saying this is the second time that I brought my fiance here and we brought her boys for their first time all the way from Texas. Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. I have to say they were very polite and nice and I definitely like how cleanly and tidy the place was and how fast the service was and how they treat you is above any other. I definitely recommend coming here.

Kid-friendliness: They are very nice and polite and on the kids meals on their bag they give you a free coupon for a free ice cream and also a free coupon to use at the zoo for a free train ride so don't throw the kids meal bag away“

Parking: Tiny tiny parking. This location is a walk up, drive thru only.“

“We were the first customers of the day, they didn't really greet or welcome us they actually walked to the back when we came in and we had to wait a bit for them to come to the counter to take our order. I took the kids to the restroom which was dirty, stinky and the trash was full. They were kind enough to let me pick which toys I'd like for the kids meal though. No other customers came in while we were there and they did say thank you when we left and rang the bell.

“Amazing! Absolutely everything was amazing. As a vegetarian, my sandwiches usually aren't the best, but tonight was incredible. Brayden was so friendly, checked in on us during our meal, made our daughter feel special, and made our visit the best. We didn't expect a 10 out of 10 experience, but that's exactly what we got. We will definitely be back. Thank you !!

“Taco John's is no longer there. It is a new restaurant. I have forgotten the name. Perhaps T and J. It is like a small town restaurant. The waitress was very nice. She was willing to tease with us. They currently have a limited menu. They have breakfast and some lunch items. I had vegetable omelettes. They came out two round omelettes. Also with hash browns and a choice of toast. I liked the meal. It had just been reviewed in the paper. The restaurant was full.“

“I went into fazolis last night and this beautiful woman named Marie was the cashier that took my order she was sweet polite and was smiling the whole time even when giving me my food she made sure i didn’t run out of those delicious breadsticks and i think she dis a wonderful job by greeting me when walking in the door and when leaving i tell u fazolis has some of the best staff around other places are usually rude and trying to rush u through ur meal but not Marie she actually had conversations with me while cleaning tables So Great Job“

“Motor coach operator stopping through Lincoln Ne. Was really looking forward to teriyaki chicken order from Panda Express (used Uber). Ordered large and received a small. Called store and thought they would just refund(usual response). They sent an employee to me with large order and keep small. That was awesome. Great attitude from whom ever took the call. Very nice lady dropped off order(Even called to make sure she had the right address). OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PANDA EXPRESS. When I ordered a six-piece chicken basket, the gravy portion was about half a cup, which only covered half the meal. It’s unclear if this is the standard portion or an exception, but the gravy itself is fantastic. Highly recommended!“

“A few times a week I take a smoothy up to my 88 year old mom to the care home. They make sure it's thick and fresh for her as it has a ways to go. She loves them and sometimes that's the only thing she will eat all day. Thanks, Amigos!
