“Man oh man... 75 years of runza, I have sure been missing out on these sandwiches.

Jasmine was very helpful while I was ordering. The Cheeseburger Runza was delicious, the pumpkin spice shake hot the spot.

Definitely a place to stop in for this Nebraska born sandwich that's 75 years and still a hit with the locals.“

“I have never left a bad review for a Chick-fil-A before. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m. there were no employees at the registers. I had to wait around 3 minutes for an employee to come and take my order. There was a young lady brown hair and pigtails that was obviously stressed and overwhelmed but the store wasn't that busy. After I place my order I had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be given to me. The store was very understaffed. It affected the employee's attitudes which are usually top notch. There needs to be a little bit better early morning management at this store.“

“This Runza was very clean and updated. Very friendly service, and man...I have missed those onion rings. Had to take family to try their first Runza while in town, and they enjoyed it. Kind of a bummer they charge for the French onion dip now. Maybe I've been gone so long I didn't realize they've always charged for it. It was still a must to dip my rings in. The Runza w/cheese, frings, a drink and 2 dips was almost $17😱 Crazy times we're living in, and you can tell the prices are affecting business bc we were the only ones there. It's a shame bc this franchise has been a Nebraska staple for years. If I still lived here, the price would dissuade me from eating there often, but if you've never had it and passing through Nebraska, highly recommend.“

“I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.“

“I had ordered a three scoop custard in a cup at the beginning and said I'd pick up before I leave. I went to get it after I had finished my food only to realize she never out on the ticket. Then I ordered and paid for one and waited over 10 minutes for it. She said they were backed up. She could have done it herself right aqay.“

“I was very pleased with the service provided in drive-thru. The two people working drive thru (the receipt said Troy but I didn't catch the young lady's name) were so kind to me. As an older man, younger generations don't seem to care anymore but these two are special! You've got yourself some keepers... hahahah... They made sure my order was correct and it surely was! yay!... Will frequent this location more.“

“Has been and always will be my favorite hamburger in lincoln. Sometimes it can be a little greasy but, even then better than most. I always get at least a free cookie or two every time which is cool.

Definitely reccomend if you want to try something new and not typical like a McDonald's. Has a older school vibe Goin on too.“

Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.“

“Well, we are from out of town and heard of the famous Runza sandwich. We we're invited to try a sample by the gentlemen at the counter. The service was great, he brought our food out to us and offered us extra items like ranch. Even the customers were friendly. We also enjoyed the actual meal. Glad we tried a Nebraska favorite.“

“Haven't been to Arby's in years last time I had it i remember just how bad it was, BUT time can change a place and why not Arby's so like most people who choose fast food i took the drive thru and it was relatively quick. Homie even offered my dog a treat. Got the food home, and took everything of the bag (napkins were included). Since the sandwich was bad last time I was gonna save it for last. Considering everyone and thier mom know's Arby's fries are good i ordered the Jalapeño bits cause dont see those as often and was impressed. Either they were good or the sauce made them excellent. Next was the sandwich some brisket sandwich that looked good on the menu picture. When I opened the box it came in it was greasy, but not too greasy which too me is expected like it's fast food. From there I'd let my taste buds decide. Took a bite and bam!!! not only did it impress but I will be getting Arby's again!“

“I ate two burritos, and stared at the new apartment complexes they're building on 84th. The sour cream primes my intestines to mourn beside my aching mind the loss of what were once green fields. “Went through the drive through. The food was on point, but I was the only customer (either in-store or drive through) and my food took a minute. Whatever, worth it. Got a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich.. yup. Super satisfying. One of those types of things that hits the spot when you don't know what sounds good to eat so you just order the first thing that catches your eye at the first place you stop. Staff was very nice though.“

“Motor coach operator stopping through Lincoln Ne. Was really looking forward to teriyaki chicken order from Panda Express (used Uber). Ordered large and received a small. Called store and thought they would just refund(usual response). They sent an employee to me with large order and keep small. That was awesome. Great attitude from whom ever took the call. Very nice lady dropped off order(Even called to make sure she had the right address). OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PANDA EXPRESS. “The gentleman who makes my breadsticks anytime I order them right after they open (around 10:30 am-11:30 am ish) is ridiculously kind, talented, and makes incredibly good food. You can tell he puts his soul in it, it's always the tastiest thing ever.“

“The ladies (6/5/26 @ 5:15pm) are a breath of fresh air. We stop at this location just because of how friendly they are, not to mention efficient. They take the order and get the food out quickly. Really appreciate their great customer service.
