“We have been going to Runza since I was a kid. The crinkle fries are the absolute best. As a kid I did not like the Runza, but as an adult I love them! I have taught my daughter how to make the cheat versions with creasant roll dough and meat. They are a staple in our house. We moved 5 hours away from Nebraska so we don’t get to visit very often. This weekend we were in Pender and stopped at the West Point location on the way to visit family in Omaha. It was a big chaotic to begin with, as the gentleman ringing us up informed us the Runzas were in the oven. What? No Runzas at Runzas? The manager was so kind, when I brought to her attention that we were over charged she remedied it and even brought us a fresh Runza from the oven! Thank you Sam for making our trip complete!“

“Good food. We drove past another Dairy Queen to go to this one because it had dine-in. The ice cream was generous and well-blended. The food was good, but two in our group didn't get their order. When they finally notified the staff, they apologized and brought out just one of the missing meals. When it was pointed out again, the last meal was delivered.“

“I was traveling with my two daughters to Wayne state college. The service was amazing. Very nice people. Very helpful too. Our coupons wouldn’t work so she fixed it and was just very polite. The bathrooms and lobby were spotless. Cleaner than my house. lol. I appreciate this very much and have a new spot to stop at every time I’m up this way. 2/14/25 at 1:30 pm.“
