I have been there twice in the last month. The first time I called in a large order. I paid the lady at the register and left a $10 tip. I stood there for 10 minutes (after the time I was told my order would be ready) and the man behind the counter looked into some bags which were to the left of the lady who I paid. He didn't say anything. I asked if that was my order. Yes it was. It was sitting there the entire time I was waiting. Of course the sandwiches were now cold....read full review
