“Classic chicken sandwich fresh and delicious. my husband always says the taco salad is his favorite. I'm writing to let the manager know and headquarters know that we were delighted to make the acquaintance of an employee, Chase (Mr C). He took our order perfectly and made polite, friendly, and funny conversation with us as we waited. He impressed me and every other customer with whom he interacted. This is one of the nicest Wendy's with the nicest people I've ever encountered. Just wanted to aen kudos to this manager and this particular employee.“

Dairy Queen at York,NE had poor service. Noone wanted to wait on the front counter. It took forever for them to wait on their customers. When we finally got our ice cream, it was melting. Very veery poor service.“

“My son passed through Nebraska last week and recommended Runza to us as he knew we were going through on our way to Oregon this week and we were not disappointed! I had the mushroom and Swiss runza and my husband had a double bacon cheeseburger combo. Both were absolutely delicious, hot and fresh! My runza had wonderful, freshly baked bread absolutely packed full of ingredients and every mouth full was perfection. I ended my meal with an ice cream sandwich which was very good. The customer service was great considering the poor guy was the only one working the front counter and it was pretty busy. He maintained a very cheerful attitude and was very nice. We tipped him. Will definitely return when we pass this way again or they expand into Iowa.“
