Front doors locked, no signs indicating it. Was told they were short staffed, which happens and is understandable (maybe would result in fresh, hot food??) After paying and waiting a little bit we were told we needed to pay an extra $1 and change because an entree ordered as steak was entered as chicken. Paid that. Waited again, and got food eventually. Not an unbearable wait especially after being told it would be a little bit longer. Lady was very kind at the drive thru window....
Excellent service from staff. A pleasant & clean restaurant area. The order was correct and well-made.
Stopped here about 11am on a Monday because I was passing thru on vacation and don't have TJ's in my region. Totally satisfied.

The staff was ok. Friendly but not welcoming if that makes sense. The food was cold. Feel like they should check the temp on the heat table because even the cheese wouldn't melt in the burrito. So maybe a food safety check would be in order. Hot product that should be kept at at least 140° not even being at 75° is a cause for concern.
