“I give them t stars for Allenstown because there is a certain crew that knows my coffee before I even order it! 9x out of 10 it's right but it seems they have trouble keeping the same folks long term! To the owner if you find an attentive worker pay them to stay.“

From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“
