Wish we would have found this place earlier in our stay in the Alton area for Bike week. Would recommend to everyone ? We'll be back next time we're in the area.”

“Just tried Sweet Caroline for the first time yesterday and already can’t wait to go back again. Pulled into the parking lot only to discover that they had already closed so I was creepily doing a slow drive-by trying to read the hours on their sign (it was 12:25 and they had closed at noon). The door opened like the gates of Heaven and they said we could still come on in! 😍 We ended up getting a donut, a cheese danish, and two types of cake to try. The lemon cake was literally one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, I couldn’t get over how light it was. Everything about it was pure perfection. The danish I had was also great but wow… that cake. The stuff dreams are made of. 😂 Highly recommend checking this place out. I’d post pictures of what we got but we ate them all, including crumbs.”

“Had takeout pizza on Labor Day weekend during a stay at Gunstock campground. The Greek pizza with feta and spinach was to die for! Incredibly delicious even though I had to order the gluten-free version because of a food allergy. Yum, yum, yum! ????

Dietary restrictions: Their gluten-free Greek pizza (they have a regular version, too) is the absolute bomb! So, so good. The pile on the feta and spinach. A hearty meal, even though it's all veggies! So delicious and filling.”

“I can’t you not… this bagel I ordered was the most delightful bagel I have ever had at a Dunkin’s. This guy was like painting my bagel to perfection. The cream cheese was so creamy and good it was like melting in your Mouth. And my coconut bark ice coffee was supper delicious, you can definitely tell they put my order into perfection. Definitely coming back when I get the chance! The employees were very welcoming to me and made my order fast. What a great Tuesday I’m having with my delicious bagel and iced coffee. “Muddy Road is a perfect little brewery -- lovely location, a variety of good beer and really good pizza. They have a bar as well as tables inside and outside. Sometimes they have music on the patio. The people who run Muddy Road do a great job of making you glad you came.”

“This is an amazing and unique place. They have wonderful beers and great mead. They also have a full service liquor license. Their menu is small and specialized but they always have specials and everything is fresh. I was most impressed by the staff and the service. Just wonderful. The venue is a beautiful barn with breathtaking views. I can't wait until the weather warms up so we can enjoy the outside experience at this gem. We will most certainly be back.

“The egg sandwich... kind of hard to mess up, but to make amazingly tasty is a different story. The bread is fresh. The arugula and avocado is a nice twist... but what ever the "secret sauce" is fantastic. The cold brew coffee is super tasty too. Definitely will he back!”

“Incredible baked haddock preparation for me and lobster BLT for my hubby. Attentive quick service over the lunch hour and pleasant employees to boot. Location is off the tourist district and sits on the back bay so it’s still a picturesque setting. The ambiance is relaxed and very casual so don’t expect that you need to get fancy here…. We tried to return for dinner, but the wait was extended…unfortunately that seems to be a challenge for Wolfeborough restaurants in general. This restaurant is well run and a delight. We will definitely return!”
