Was able to order way ahead of delivery. Ordering wraps specified how the wraps come without changes. Also allowed changes. My sandwich original recipe had swiss on it I wanted it but did not make any cheese subs. My food came with no cheese on either sandwich. Also be more careful with pickles in sandwich when putting chips in the same box. I offer these picky things as constructive criticism. We stopped into Wrap City in Amherst and were immediately greeted by Brendan, who was super friendly and outgoing. Recently purchased a couple of Wraps to go. Kierra D took my order, very professional. Good selection of Wraps, salads and sandwiches. I really liked the Rachel and the Wrap City chips.
