I got a large iced coffee and there were three dead mice in it I immediately pulled over and vomited. When both me and my mother called them about it they were rude and didn’t even offer as much as an apology this place is the scum of the scum. I would not recommend anyone going to this Dunkin’.🤮🤮🤮
Dunkin' Donuts rant: I go to Dunkins all the time; I get a medium iced coffee, regular cream, regular sugar at least 6-7 times a week. I have also worked in customer service my whole life and I am pretty forgiving when it comes to businesses being busy. All that said, I'm a little irritated with the service I just received. I was in the drive-through at Dunkin' Donuts in Antrim (the only car in line) and it took forever for them to take my order- I assumed they were busy inside....read full review
New management is rude, makes customers feel unimportant, and treats her job as an inconvenience. I hope she can see the good, and change her attitude before it gets worse. I wouldn't like going to work everyday if my manager acted that way. Show some respect!
