A long time ago, Dunkin made their own donuts in the store. I remember those days. Fresh, variety, and abundant. They were inexpensive and good. So good that they had a reputation for what I just described. But they became corporate where some over educated, cash cow motivated, and out of touch folks took over. They never have enough vanilla creme but chocolate and strawberry creme would be awesome... Please try to carry more or variety on these items... Five stars to the two ladies working at 11am solo during a rush from hell. 0 to the two that were on break and not coming to help till after those two delt with angry customers both in house and in drive thru.. the two that were on held their own with awesome attitudes and a+ customer service despite rude people yelling from drive thru and confused online order people etc. I come here on my way to work fairly regularly and I know the younger staff seem a bit lazy and under trained...read full review
