Michelle A had no idea who we were, and had no idea what a bad week we had and still provided us the best service I could have asked for. She knew her job and she knows people. She gave us the best experience at lunchtime anyone could have ever asked for. Knowing nothing about us and not knowing how rough we had it that week and STILL being so kind, patient, talkative and helpful is proof that she is a true asset.
