Starbucks in Bedford

“I had an absolutely horrendous experience here on thursday, there was a girl named Vanessa taking orders at the cash register. I do customize my coffee, I like it how I like it and I always tip $2-3. After the third customization she rolled her eyes and said “Is that all” and i gave the last request and she just said “Name” and after I paid she just whips around and walks out back. I spoke with 2 of the managers, Kira and Tyler the next day and they were both so amazing and understanding. When Vanessa saw me again on Friday, she stormed out back. They comped my egg bites and coffee, and even gave me a gift card for next time. Its nice to see younger folks who still have good customer service skills.“
