Starbucks in Haverhill

“I am writing about the great service I received from the Starbucks on Main in Haverhill. Lizzy is one of the best in customer service that I have seen at a Starbucks. On Saturday, August 8th it was clear that employees called out because there was only 4 people on the floor and one of them was clearly new and had no clue what to do. I’m talking standing room only. But Lizzy kept her cool and did what needed to be done and kept pumping them out. Thanks Lizzy for being calm and doing your best with what you were handed.“

“I never go to Starbucks. Ever ! However I stopped in briefly on 7/14/22 @ around 4 pm to a lovely young lady and a nice young man working. Both on the tall side. I was served a strawberry acai drink and they were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be back because of their impeccable service. I have a hearing problem so I wasn't able to catch their names when I asked but I would just like to say thank you so much to both of them ? I work close by at a large establishment and will make sure to tell my coworkers to go there more often as well.“
