Starbucks in North Andover

“We went to order in the drive thru and they were having an issue with their credit card machine. We placed the order on the mobile app but messed up, we went in and asked to place the order again understanding we messed up and fully intending to pay. The team said no a problem, remade it without charging us. Not that a single coffee is anything huge but it was nice that they took care of our mistake. Thank you Starbucks team.“

“I am always amazed at how hard and efficient the staff are at this location. I have observed them keep up with a store that had at least 40 mobile and walk in customers and a never ending double drive thru without missing a beat or lose their cool . I love it there“

“I’ve been going to this Starbucks since they first opened (follow them from the Turnpike location). They have some of the sweetest people working there. They get my coffee right 99% of the time and if it’s ever wrong, they immediately fix it with a smile. I love my positive messages on my cups and have a few favorite baristas (Shane & Kris ❤️).“
