Shout out to the staff at NA Starbucks today (Christmas Day). It was the only coffee available in town and IT WAS MOBBED!! Staff did a great job!! Stayed professional and upbeat, despite the mayhem!! Thanks, Starbucks. . . Christmas morning without coffee would not have been pretty.
TIP BIG, PEOPLE!! The staff have to work over the holidays instead of being home with family.🎄🌲🎄🌲

I have never walked out of a Starbucks in the past. But I just did. Long lines. One person on the register (this isn't the first time this has happened) and lines of people trying to get in plus lines waiting for their drinks. What has happened this location is sad. I have been going there for many years but I don't know if I will be back. Sad.

Starbucks on Osgood Street in North Andover is a clean and bright store with hard and efficient staff. Customers see friendly smiles and hellos and feel very much at home. The staff are always friendly, fast and professionalism, and the service is efficient even when a never ending double drive thru or a very busy morning rush hour has at least 40 mobile and walk in customers. Orders are right 100% of the time and staff greet by name as they walk in. The manager works tirelessly to create a good culture and the drinks are fantastic. Many customers say the experience is lovely, respectful and a pleasure, makes the commute more bearable and makes a customer for life.
