“I’m from Tx and appreciate good bbq, especially good brisket. After moving to NH in the 90’s someone told me about KC’s. From that first visit in the 90’s I picked KC’s as my favorite bbq joint in NH. My wife and I were craving bbq this past friday. I have to sadly report that something has changed in the way brisket is cooked. I ordered the triple meat with two sides. The brisket tasted like a boiled top round. Overall, my rating of the meal dropped from a high 5 star to a 1 star. I will say that the server and mngr took my opinion very seriously. They even brought out more brisket and adjusted the bill to remove the charge for the brisket. Never the less, the qaulity of the meal and bland, dense boiled flavor of the brisket?, was so dissappointing that going forward my wife and I have decided to start trying other bbq joints. Very dissapointed!“
