Great food they need to bring back the rest of the menu they need to get better dumpling sauce though I was very disappointed with the dumplings and the dumpling sauce tasted like Plain soy sauceNeeds a little something sweet but everything else was and is always amazing there
Over the last year we have eaten Chinese cuisine all over the Upper Valley and we tried Mings and in my opinion Mings was by far the best. I have found my new Chinese take out .thank you Ming the search is over. A solid 5 star.

seems like they're having a major problem finding a chef, so as a result they're working on a much reduced menu and they have problems with their food quality. It's not that the food is specifically bad, but it's disappointingly average.
