“I was in a real Jam just a few days before Easter, Moms 86th birthday and I told her I would make her a coffee cheesecake. My kitchen is being remodeled and I was stuck. Uptown Bakery came to the rescue. They found time to make this and Mom said it was the best cheesecake she ever had (Mom knows cheesecake ?)I will head to Uptown Bakery for all my sweet needs.
