“I am a baker myself, but being busy I didn’t get to make my step fathers cake this year. My mother and I went here to get a cake and it was beautiful! Very lightly sweet and perfectly balanced, soft thinner layers of cake with chocolate mousse filling and topped with delicious, creamy chocolate curls. Exactly how I bake. It was perfect! Also, his spinach croissants are THE BEST! I think I’ll go get some tomorrow 😍“
“I tried fig cookie, mango cookie, and coconut baklava. All so good, but the fruit filled cookies are my favorite~ not overly sweet, all natural ingredients, and the best part--- Sugar is not the first ingredient! So good. Thank you for your contribution to my sweet tooth!“

“Stopped in for the first time to check them out as I was looking for a desert for our New Years day dinner that would be extra special ...well I certainly found that and my new FAVORITE bakery!!!!! Amazing raspberry mousse cake!!! Amazing rasberry lemon whoppie pies!!! Amazing pumpkin and apple tarts!!! “I met the owner at a Concord networking event and I've been a committed customer ever since :) He and all his employees were kind, welcoming, and attendant! In a Pinch makes by far the best Pad Thai I've ever had and their spicy ginger noodles and veggies dumplings are a close runner-up for my go to dish!!“

“I recently used Twelve31 Café’s catering services for a work event of 70 people, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. We went with their boxed lunch option, and the entire experience, from setup to delivery, was flawless.
The process of arranging the catering was incredibly easy, their response time was quick, and the delivery was right on schedule. The food itself was fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. On several of my post-event surveys, participants specifically mentioned how much they enjoyed lunch, especially the bread, which seemed to be everyone’s favorite detail!
In my line of work, I’m always searching for reliable and high-quality catering options, and now I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Twelve31 Café has truly earned my trust (and my repeat business). I feel so blessed to have found this place, highly recommend them for any event, large or small!“

“I purchased an assortment of bundtinis for a birthday party in Portsmouth at a golf course. Everyone raved about them and how delicious they were! Even members of the golf course tried them and they were so impressed. I think Portsmouth may be your next location!“
“You’ll find best cider donuts and the nicest staff/owners in Concord! I forgot to pick up our Thanksgiving pie and messaged them about it, after they had closed. They told us to come by and met us outside the farm stand, Thanksgiving Eve, with a smile and our delicious pie! We can’t thank them enough.“

“The grilled gooey is a grill cheese on Texas toast with bacon and is amazing. I strongly advise getting the chips and a pickle with it. The potato chips are made in house and are phenomenal. This place is amazing. I’m Elm street it’s easy to find. Great atmosphere also and can eat inside or outside . The staff are also extremely friendly .“

“Betty is one of my favorite ladies to see in the morning here! I normally get there between 05:00-05:30 right when they open and she always has a smile on even though it is the crack of dawn! She knows the customers and their orders and she is just amazing when she is in the drive through! She keeps things going!“
