“We can’t get enough of this place. We chose Chickadee Hill for our wedding cake, and we got a mini replica cake for our one year anniversary. No need to keep the top of the original cake in a freezer for the year when they can make you a fresh one. This Valentine’s Day they were selling cupcakes and other sweets. We got 6 cupcakes, 2 of them being our wedding cake flavor, and some chocolate covered strawberries. They also sold individual chocolate covered strawberries in cute containers that our kids loved. I definitely recommend this place. Always delicious, and excellent customer service as well!“

“Had a Cubano sandwich yesterday which was the best sandwich I have had in tears. The crispy bread held in some of the tenderest, juiciest, and delicious roast pork. Started eating in the car but had to stop because the yummiest pork drippings ever were leaking out.I got home and shared a large sandwich with the family to try and I am not kidding when I say a large could feed 3 people. I'm lucky to have had any of it after everyone else tried it and all of a sudden got hungry. 'I am not hungry" and "I don't feel like sandwiches" were a couple quotes thrown myy way when I asked if anybody wanted something before I left to get the food. Then upon return being inundated with a woeful, "starving" lot whos' "I'll just have a bite" had become the family motto apparently. Why must people defer upon inquiry on whether their hunger needs satiation, only to shamelessly pick and gnash at my sustenance and bounty. You had a choice. You chose wrong. I asked if they could make it a golf ball and he said they would try, but weren’t sure they could do that (he said they’d make it golf theme if the ball wasn’t feasible and I was perfectly fine with that). “I placed a catering order a couple of weeks before a surprise 60th birthday party. I ordered four dozen cookies. I reached out to a variety of local bakeries for cookies but was astounded at what they were charging simple cookie favors. Some of them were upwards of $13 per cookie. Never mind if you wanted them bagged or boxed. I contacted The Salem location a couple of days before the event and spoke to Maddie (I think it was Maddie!) She was so incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and reviewed everything with me. She let me know that she would be making my order in the morning. I received everything and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She boxed every cookie, labeled the bags and put so much care and attention to my order. The cookies were still warm, they made beautiful favors for the party. I left a tip on the Crumbl order when I purchased the cookies and I really hope that Maddie and other staff who assisted received it. It’s hard to find great customer service, and I want to make sure that I shout out Maddie and the staff that worked that day 6/1/26. I really appreciate your care and attention. It was one less thing I had to be stressed about !!!“

This location was willing to stay 15 minutes after they close until we could get there just to make sure we could get some Cinnabon!!
