“I placed a catering order a couple of weeks before a surprise 60th birthday party. I ordered four dozen cookies. I reached out to a variety of local bakeries for cookies but was astounded at what they were charging simple cookie favors. Some of them were upwards of $13 per cookie. Never mind if you wanted them bagged or boxed. I contacted The Salem location a couple of days before the event and spoke to Maddie (I think it was Maddie!) She was so incredibly kind and helpful on the phone and reviewed everything with me. She let me know that she would be making my order in the morning. I received everything and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She boxed every cookie, labeled the bags and put so much care and attention to my order. The cookies were still warm, they made beautiful favors for the party. I left a tip on the Crumbl order when I purchased the cookies and I really hope that Maddie and other staff who assisted received it. It’s hard to find great customer service, and I want to make sure that I shout out Maddie and the staff that worked that day 6/1/26. I really appreciate your care and attention. It was one less thing I had to be stressed about !!!“

“We can’t get enough of this place. We chose Chickadee Hill for our wedding cake, and we got a mini replica cake for our one year anniversary. No need to keep the top of the original cake in a freezer for the year when they can make you a fresh one. This Valentine’s Day they were selling cupcakes and other sweets. We got 6 cupcakes, 2 of them being our wedding cake flavor, and some chocolate covered strawberries. They also sold individual chocolate covered strawberries in cute containers that our kids loved. I definitely recommend this place. Always delicious, and excellent customer service as well!“

“I am from this area, & have grown up on Shaw Farms milk & ice cream for as long as I can remember. I visited them again this past summer, & they’re just as amazing as I remember. Their black raspberry ice cream, & their chocolate milk is still some of my all time favorite items. Their strawberry & banana milk is also delicious, & they also have delicious pre-marinated steak tips too that are my absolute favorite. Overall, I absolutely love this place if you can’t tell.“
