It's disheartening to know that you go some place that you enjoy and people just don't care about certain details. Consistency is key in every business, but it seems to be fading away. I just paid $7.45 for a large fry, amongst other things. thinking that it should be good for 3 people to split, based off of the regular size being quite a bit. Definitely not the case. Not only was it a couple of dollars more, but it was quite a bit less in quantity.
Don't know the point of ordering ahead. I always have to wait another 10 or so minutes for them to finish the order. To test this, my friend ordered the same meal when we arrived, and he got his before mine was finished. Quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order correct and other times toppings are missing or it seems like we got the bottom of the fry batch. Employees look miserable.
Best shakes in town!! I recommend the little cheeseburger, & share a fry because you get more than enough with a little one 😉 grilled cheese with bacon & tomato is also tasty!
