best sandwhich shop the workers were very kind and nice to me the worker making my sandwich was very sweet and respectful. excellent customer service choen was very helpful and very very kind and very respectful and very polite.
A few months ago, I came into this Jersey Mike’s to order a kids meal and asked if I could substitute the bottled water for a fountain drink in a kids cup, which every other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to has done without any issue. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I “didn’t know what I was talking about,” and insisted they had never done that before.
