I was visiting the town and gave this place a try. Food was Ok, came out pretty fast. The low star rating is due to their practice of mandatory tip of 18% under gratuity. While it is now a days a norm to add that for party of 4 or more, I was surprised to see that was added to my check as a single guest. When asked, the waiter flatly told that they are adding that to everyone. That means that it is NOT a gratuity, it is price increase for the food!
Sorry, but gratuity literally means that it is optional and has to be earned with superior service.

Food was okay but the service was terrible. The restaurant has a sign stating that an 18% tip would be automatically included for parties of 4 or more, but our waitress (Hue Phan) added an 18% service fee for our party of 2 without mentioning it. When the bill arrived, it also suggested an additional 18-25% tip, essentially asking us to tip twice. Very disappointing

Food is great. Coconut chicken soup is the best we have tried. Service great. Location convenient and beautifully located. Parking also easy.
One thing to note - we were charged with 20% “service fee”automatically in the bill. There are also additional places asking for gratitude. We had to confirm whether the 20% fee is tip or not - we were told yes. We had a party of 4 and this is the first time we encounter this. Just a kind reminder.

Here from Toronto, I was quite surprised at how the food was minus one dish. Definitely recommend the Spicy Fried Rice and Wonton Soup with vegetables! I did do take out but the dine in atmosphere was very lively! Ordered on the their website and the food was ready in 20 minutes! Only complaint would be the Curry Pad Thai, not very flavourful, it looked too white to “curry” pad Thai. Parking is limited

Service was so bad that I can’t give this more than 3 stars even though the food was ok. Unattentive staff, dirty tables, rudeness. The place felt unclean. I waited a very long time for pickup (it was already cooked) but no one gave me the time of day to say hello! Or thank you! And ring me up. After a third ring of the bell and a little boy running twice into the kitchen, someone came to help me. It was a Tuesday evening and not busy.

My husband and I got the red curry. He got chicken and I got tofu. The dish was delicious. The thai basil leaves were plentiful. And that is one of the ingredients I especially love. The waitress was friendly and service was quick.

My new favorite! Best Thai I’ve ever had. Thai version of hot & sour soup was delicious! Got steamed fish (haddock) with vegetables- amazing flavor and huge portion. Love brown rice option. They also made me a non alcoholic Lemongrass Mohito which was delicious. Very small place but worth it!

I was actually there twice in the one week. The first time I had the Vegan Veggie Dumplings and the Orange Tofu with Brown Rice. The second time I had the Fresh Basil Rolls and the Tofu Thai Green Curry with Brown Rice also. On both occasions everything was delicious. Can be busy at times. Going value for money. Good service.
