Ben & Jerry’s offers a mix of experiences - while the sorbet lemonade is really nice, the cookie batter is overrated. Some find the place dirty and the employees not very hygienic, but the ice cream is good. Under new ownership, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent, with delicious options like hot chocolate and waffle. The place is super clean and has a great ramp for wheelchair accessibility. Despite mixed reviews, many enjoy the yummy ice cream flavors available and the staff is super patient with kids.
