Sundae is literally child size. I don’t know what happened. It was never like this. We have been going here for years. Now suddenly this season the sundae is less than half the size….AND…it’s called a cookie cookie sundae because it comes with 2 cookies. They are only giving one cookie now. So maybe just change the name of the sundae. May I suggest “Tiny tot cookie sundae”. Seems more fitting. Won’t be going back. Keep this up and you’ll lose all your business. Feeling very cheated.

We ordered a hot chocolate and a waffle, and both were delicious. The girl who served us was very kind and made us feel welcome. The food is excellent, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Ben & Jerry's in North Conway is under new ownership and it's an amazing addition to the community. What I love the most (aside from the ice cream, of course!) is how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Be sure to stop in for a scoop or two...you won't be disappointed.

Beyond slow, waited in line close to an hour and a half and the employees were extremely slow, not friendly, and were more concerned with making waffle cones and picking up sprinkles one by one than assisting customers

Ben & Jerry's reopened under new ownership and they completely renovated the space, it looks awesome. You can't beat their ice cream, it's just so damn good! The staff is super friendly. Overall great vibes here
