Very clean place,the girl that works there she’s very nice,she also speaks Spanish,their ice cream is very delicious highly recommend this place.

Melanie came to our wedding reception to cater for us, and it was a highlight of our night. It was great to meet her, and the ice cream was a hit! She gracefully came in and set up in a professional manner, ensuring that she was where we wanted you to be. Her timing was great, and we appreciated her patience when we weren't quite ready to start offering dessert at the agreed-upon time. Her service was quick, polite, and respectful. There was plenty of ice cream, which many of our guests enjoyed. This was a great addition to our special night. She cleaned up and snuck out before I could even notice that she was gone and share our appreciation.
I have not stopped receiving compliments on Ben and Jerry's behalf.
We really appreciate her work and will be sure to recommend this to our friends and family.

Everyone vegan and not enjoyed their icecream! Staff was conscious about cross contamination when asked. Several vegan flavors to choose from. Staff was friendly and location was clean, however bummed that the restroom didn't have a changing table!

The ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s was excellent, offering a rich and flavorful taste with portion sizes that were just right, making for a satisfying treat. Unfortunately, the overall experience was diminished by the customer service. The staff appeared disengaged, offering little warmth or friendliness, and their demeanor including unwelcoming looks gave the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. While the quality of the ice cream itself met expectations, the lack of hospitality left something to be desired.

Great spot for a treat! The ice cream is always top quality, and the staff is super friendly. Melissa, the manager, runs the place really well, it’s clean, quick, and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

The staff here was super accommodating and helpful when I accidentally ordered a cake and was unable to pick up immediately/had a long drive, saved the day for my girlfriend’s birthday! Cannot thank them enough!

Visited this B & J in New Hampshire two times and was thrilled with the level of attention and respect the staff have for clients. They took their time to answer questions, allow us to sample and help us what we wanted. For the non dairy customers, they change scoops to avoid contamination. Over all great experience.

It a ripoff there prices are very expensive 7.00 for one scoop of ice cream in a cup I’ll never go back there again
Staff was so nice, the store was very clean. They were making fresh waffle cones when we came in and it smelled heavenly! It was my spouses bday so they comped him a small treat!

Sundae is literally child size. I don’t know what happened. It was never like this. We have been going here for years. Now suddenly this season the sundae is less than half the size….AND…it’s called a cookie cookie sundae because it comes with 2 cookies. They are only giving one cookie now. So maybe just change the name of the sundae. May I suggest “Tiny tot cookie sundae”. Seems more fitting. Won’t be going back. Keep this up and you’ll lose all your business. Feeling very cheated.
