This is my bad, I keep coming to you guys thinking you'll get better. Mathematically, I thought at least once by now I could leave your drive-thru with what I ordered. Most of you could be weathermen, for being wrong half the time. At this points it's a game, will they screw it up or will they make the order I've so requested? Always soooo slow.. to busy stocking a filling the product and not moving the customer through.. terrible experience waiting here. Many other choices to get coffee nearby. I don't think I'll be heading to this spot again.

Ordered to go on the app for pickup through drive thru. Took 45 minutes to just get through the drive through. This place needs 5 staff members, not 3. Dunkins upper management does not understand that this is a tourist location in the fall. Open anther store, or more staff.

I went to my local Dunkin in Conway today and I had the WORST SERVICE! I was treating my friend to a coffee and we stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes and the two young women workers were texting on their phones and ignoring us . They looked at us but did not say anything ! They were also talking to each other about a worker who should be coming in ??
I left and went through the drive through. One girl was STILL texting and the other girl who was texting waited on me and had the NERVE to ask me if I wanted to give a tip !
I WILL NOT. be going back there again . They fully lost me as a costumer !
I have never got this rude of service before ! If I could do 0 stars I would !

Service? What service? Were they people there to help me? I don’t think so, at least I didn’t see any. All there was a tablet to order from, which is fine if you wanna use that, but they strait up refused to help me. I was standing there for 5 min trying to get help only to be forced to stumble through the touch screen. To the pad let I pray, oh father Dunkin’ may our order be taken by the heavenly pad that our father donut hath provided. In your name we pay. Amen and Dunkin’ Donuts.
