These slack jaw people hate dogs and out of towners. Problem is, they seem to forget out of towners support their economy. Without us they’d perish.The people here are the kind of idiots that put a “Trump” sticker with an American flag on their import Japanese car on the wrong side. I voted for him, that’s not the issue. The issue is people claiming to be true Americans who don’t realize that you should NEVER portray the American flag to be retreating. The sticker should have gone on the drivers side. Why do you think cops and military have a backwards flag on their right side?? BECAUSE THE AMERICAN FLAG DOESN'T RETREAT. Hicks.ANYWAYS… for a slightly more relevant review….Terrible service. I asked for a small hot cup with a bit of whipped cream for my dog. The woman rudely said “no we don’t do that”.There was no one in line behind us either so it wasn’t busy.I then told her I wanted it for myself and could charge me whatever and she was baffled and still refused.We left the drive thru without purchasing anything at all.Up the road in Tamworth they did it no problem. They even call it a “pup cup” on the receipt and only charged 1$. They were also nice and pleasant.I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great location with friendly staff! We visit weekly and have for years. Rarely have any order mistakes or subpar service.Parking: If I had anything to suggest it’d be the strange shape of the parking lot. Guessing property lines don’t allow for anything better but I feel for the delivery driver as it gets pretty cramped when it’s busy

This was a bad Dunks. The self serve kiosk at the register is so impersonal. If this is the way Dunks are going, count me out. There were 5 employees in there and we waited forever for just coffee, no food.

They got all orders wrong. My donuts are mix with the one we didn’t pick. My daughter drink should be frozen and come out not then we asked to be frozen they just tossed to the blender. It came out crushed ice drink. They don’t seem to careless what you order.
Customer service is severely lacking at this establishment. First, there's no one at the front counter to take orders, they have a cashless kiosk with silly organization for people to place orders themselves, which slows down the cafe line because people need to find everything themselves. Not a big deal but still an inconvenience. Then, they had coffees coming out consistently, BUT customers kept having to send them back to be remade. Errors happen but 4 customers came back to the counter within a couple of minutes. The staff either need to slow down or pay closer attention to wtf they're doing. Finally, the person working ovens needs help. Another oven, another person to help the load, I don't know what but coffee orders were being handed out for number 92 but food was still back on order 77. He was clearly very backed up. I waited for 40 minutes for 2 wake up wraps and 2 drinks.
