I really don't know how to rate a Dunkin' Donuts. I gave them 5 stars across the board because they serve coffee. What happens when I go here is always the same. I pull up to the drive-thru and the employees are outside smoking, and they turn on their headsets and go inside when they see me. I fully approve of this, as it's exactly what I used to do when I worked at Dunks. I order my coffee and they give it to me. No one is ever happy to be there or help you. Don't try to order anything special or with dietary restrictions, it will be messed up and they won't care.Dietary restrictions: Not conducive to allergies and dietary restrictions. The options exist, the employees will still mess it up.

Great location with friendly staff! We visit weekly and have for years. Rarely have any order mistakes or subpar service.Parking: If I had anything to suggest it’d be the strange shape of the parking lot. Guessing property lines don’t allow for anything better but I feel for the delivery driver as it gets pretty cramped when it’s busy
