On our way back home from Bartlett, NH (9/21/2025), my wife and I discovered this place. We were searching for a place that served breakfast.
The food and server were excellent. I had the #2 breakfast item (eggs, toast, hash browns, bacon) and my wife had a ham/cheese omelet.
This is a cash only establishment (ATM on site).

The breakfast boat is so good and so big. Very good value. The tea is fresh brewed not a tea bag. I go there every time I am in the area. Always friendly staff.
We've been going to Bea's forever. The food is always fresh & it's definitely the best breakfast around. The team there is awesome! No trip to North Conway is complete without a visit to our favorite place!
