Why are the bagels at this specific location weird? It’s like an English muffin consistency and not a bagel. Why is it so airy? This is my go to Dunkin but the bagels are awful here and I have no clue why!

While the quality of Dunkin' products usually hits the spot, the customer service at this particular location was a bitter disappointment. The lady at the window displayed a glaring lack of courtesy and professionalism. When addressing an omission in the order, her response was not only dismissive but bordered on outright rudeness. When confronted about her tone, instead of attempting to rectify the situation, she opted to escalate it by openly questioning the customer's sanity. Furthermore, attempting to charge for a basic necessity like tap water after such an unpleasant exchange was the icing on the bitter cake. This experience left a sour taste, and it's clear that some serious retraining in the realm of customer relations is desperately needed at this establishment.

Most of the staff is great, but I heard of one workers has fleas and the manager has done nothing about it apparently. Personally I don’t want to eat my food if it has someone with fleas handling it. The same worker also does not wear proper clothing. Seeing his plumbers crack while serving me makes me not want to eat.

Some places I go service is great others, not. Take money and go. I haven't gotten much food just coffee and maybe a donut. Most DD do not have a place to eat, just a drive throu.
Gas station Dunkin. Often understaffed, often sold out of product and usually they move so slow that the order takes 4x or more longer than other locations.

This is the absolute worst dunkin i’ve ever been too. I’ve been continuing to go to this location simply because it’s on my way to work but after today I will never go back. For the past three days i’ve stopped here to pick up a donut and coffee before my day starts and they have managed to mess it up everyday. Coffee not made right, Giving me another persons order and not getting the right change back or getting donuts that were completely crushed at the bottom of the bag. I went to dunkin this morning for my last time when I took a bite out of my egg and cheese on could taste a piece of wax paper in my sandwich. Keep in mind not only is this disgusting in my opinion but the employees not paying attention to the food they are handing out the window. Not to mention I could have choked on that! When I came inside to switch my sandwich for a new one I got told that I probably didn’t have a job myself and that I couldn’t do any better than them. This lady’s name was Deb repeatedly telling me “You couldn’t do any better if you worked back here”. Not only are the employees rude but they refused to make me another sandwich and gave me a refund. If your reading and decide to still go through this dunkin please check your food as the employee don’t. they won’t be getting anymore of my money anytime soon.
