This dunkin is very unprofessional and rude. They have gone real downhill. They made my food wrong and didn’t put ice on my refresher. I’ve had multiple bad interactions at this dunkin

Why are the bagels at this specific location weird? It’s like an English muffin consistency and not a bagel. Why is it so airy? This is my go to Dunkin but the bagels are awful here and I have no clue why!

While the quality of Dunkin' products usually hits the spot, the customer service at this particular location was a bitter disappointment. The lady at the window displayed a glaring lack of courtesy and professionalism. When addressing an omission in the order, her response was not only dismissive but bordered on outright rudeness. When confronted about her tone, instead of attempting to rectify the situation, she opted to escalate it by openly questioning the customer's sanity. Furthermore, attempting to charge for a basic necessity like tap water after such an unpleasant exchange was the icing on the bitter cake. This experience left a sour taste, and it's clear that some serious retraining in the realm of customer relations is desperately needed at this establishment.
Most of the staff is great, but I heard of one workers has fleas and the manager has done nothing about it apparently. Personally I don’t want to eat my food if it has someone with fleas handling it. The same worker also does not wear proper clothing. Seeing his plumbers crack while serving me makes me not want to eat.

Some places I go service is great others, not. Take money and go. I haven't gotten much food just coffee and maybe a donut. Most DD do not have a place to eat, just a drive throu.

Gas station Dunkin. Often understaffed, often sold out of product and usually they move so slow that the order takes 4x or more longer than other locations.
