Worst customer service ever!! Bartender was screaming F-bombs at customer at the bar, was insanely confrontational to us for suggesting he take a break, and the managers didn't bat an eye after hearing him screaming obscenities in a very crowded restaurant. When I tried to walk by another of the wait staff, she was pretty much yelling at me defending the other person, so when I tried to walk by her, the manager told me I shoved her with a full tray of food. Our sever, Julie completely left us for over a half hour. I ended up having to go to the front desk to pay our bill after eating just appetizers. She never came back to our table. I’ve never encountered anything like this. We were on vacation and heard nothing but good things about this restaurant. We were very disappointed and will never be returning for our future annual vacations. Barley and salt was amazing!!!! Service, food and drinks over Muddy Moose hands down!!!
I had to come here and post a story that happened to a couple buddies and I a few years ago and how helpful muddy moose is . We were out fishing over the long weekend in may, it’s later in the evening and my one buddy says man wouldn’t it be cool to get a poutine ? Of course we all agree so we bust a phone out in the boat, search muddy moose up quick and hit dial not really paying much attention to it .
