“Sugarshine Cocktail recipe below!Had a very nice experience when I visited last week. Doire has a quaint storefront with nice displays of all their products, as well as a nice tasting area. This distillery offers every type of distilled liquor out there: Gin, Whiskey (Rye+Bourbon), Tequilla, Vodka, Rum, Moonshine... all of it. They are not branded as such in some cases, but have all the flavors you would expect.I primarily drink gin and bourbon, and must say the Flush was one of the better gins I have had. Right on par with the Botanist. The bourbon lacked the oakiness you would expect in a bourbon, it needs to be aged much longer.As a side note, all the bottles below look the same, but the cards dealt on the front are the variety identifiers. A cool concept, but could cause confusion for those that are not aware... the flavor profiles outlined below:++Flush, citrus juniper--Kings, Lemon grass chamomile black pepper corn-Queens, Oris root and rose hips+Jack's, Cucumber mintThe flush was BY FAR the best they offer, the rest are ranked with + and - for best to worst.I also tried the moonshine (sugar shine) which I found pleasant as far as moonshine go. “We booked the semi private room for my dads surprise 60th birthday party this weekend! Everything was a breeze. Ali came in early to allow us to set up and assisted us with any of our needs (knife, tape, ladder, you name it!) Ali reached out to me to check what beer my dad likes and music taste as well in order to suit his preferences! The bartenders were amazing and super attentive! Thank you for hosting us and making everything so easy, we wish we had another reason to host an event at Rockingham but we’re excited to be back in to enjoy their beer.“
“Great little spot, owners were very friendly and fun. It was Halloween night in Derry and their costumes were EXCELLENT! Small spot but bar seating, a few high tops made it a perfect and enjoyable experience. We only got to enjoy a couple beers but oh my were they great. Full of flavor. Full of character. Executed very well. "But mostly I'm all Labrador Retriever" a nice hazy NEIPA full of that juicy flavor you want. My favorite was the "Observance" a Belgian Dark Strong Ale with notes of brown sugar and rum. What a great choice for this time of year. We will definitely revisit this local spot. We didn't get to try any food but maybe next time around.“

“Definitely recommended! Their beers are delicious and have a good variety that might entice everyone to try something new. THE FOOD! It was so good. Real farm to table! Best burger I've had in a while! They do a seasonal menu, which is nice because change is good. I want to try everything on their menu. My first experience was that good! The servers and bartenders were awesome, attentive, and funny. The atmosphere is neat and overlooks the river. The only mediocre thing was the clam chowder. It was missing a thing or 2, but not terrible. Definitely going back soon!“
“This was my first time there on a Wednesday night in December. We were able to get a table. It’s one of those places without table service so you have to go to the bar. They had 5 beers on tap, so make sure you check online before you go. The only one that was appetizing to me was the subtle banana. It was perfectly named, just a subtle hint of banana.For a meal I had a pork tacos. Three tacos for $12 in this economy isn’t bad at all. They were slightly too barbecue for me, but maybe I missed that in the menu description. My husband has a smash burger which he really enjoyed. I’d like to go back in the summer for the outdoor experience.“
“We’ve been coming here for years! To Share hosted our daughter’s first birthday in 2022, and this past weekend her 3rd birthday! They were amazing and so helpful making the day special for her! We hired a musician to entertain the kiddos, and the brewery provided food, lemonade, and kid snacks! It was the best day! “

“Went last night for the first time. We were a party of 6 and we will all definitely be going back. We ordered a variety of food and it was all delicious. Drinks were amazing as well. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was knowledgeable, attentive and added to the fun atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back and put more of their meat in our mouths.“
“Absolutely top tier beer ? and delicious food the staff are great people too always welcoming wether you're a regular or new to the establishment. The bar isn't big but it never feels crowded with the kind of people that gather here. I highly recommend going here and trying the door and beer my favorite on the menu right now is the Peach Papa, and the PuPu platter nachos, and beach pizza, these are not always on the menu but everything I have tried so far has been great and I will definitely be coming back.“
