First time at Chens. It is now my favorite Chinese restaurant.
The food was exceptional. Every item was cooked to perfection. And the absolute best bone in spare ribs I have had in 30+ years.

I like their lo mein. Not sure what happened in last couple months, but most of the food comes in pure sauce and is overly salty due it that more than flavor. I used to love this place but food quality has gone down a bit lately. The service is good.
