Dunkin'

I get the same coffees every week or so. I told them last week that I had alot of coffee ground in my cup an got a mouth full of them from both coffees. I called an they said they'd give me 2 free ones when i went back. I went back an they said they had no idea what I was talking about and the manager was rude as she possibly could be, yelling me I was basically lying.. well i have proof cause they did it to my coffee again today. I wouldn't recommend this place cause after I called them, to tell them that my coffees were full of coffee grounds again an I have all the pictures but they want "proof" in the form of the 2 cups. they want me to bring them back, for "new ones" an I dont have a car or license. Thanks for ruining my coffee an I will bring them back today.. Cause this is bull an the manager should have better customer service skills. cause NO ONE DESERVES COFFEE LIKE THIS!

Seemed that the staff was unorganized. More involved with the drive up and would get to the people inside when they got around to it. Coffee good but staff needs improvement.
