I absolutely love the morning staff at this location. I come here every morning and order the same latte. Today I forgot to ask for whipped cream and when they saw me they asked if I wanted the whipped cream? I know it’s something so small but it made my day. They’re so friendly and I want them to know how much I appreciate them
Usually pretty good, but blonde girl at drive thru (Sat. 3/19 8:30am) was rude. Politely reminded her that we ordered an OJ and she said, “I know I only have so many hands” in a tone. We didn’t mean to come off impatient or not understanding, but her lack of customer service skills is obvious…
