“I always love coming to the Pink Bamboo. The servers are so kind, the owner is amazing, and the quality of ingredients is perfect. I always leave here so incredibly full and happy. We’ve been coming here for at least 4-5 years and no other hot pot can compete. They may have a smaller selection of broths, but it’s worth it for the quality. “This atmosphere is very cozy, as if you're going to Auntie's house. The staff was so attentive and friendly I felt truly welcome. I tried the mango chicken with sweet sticky rice and it was amazing. The chicken was crispy with thin breading and I loved the blend of veggies and mango it came with. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely come back.“
