This incredible bakery has been making my birthday cake for about 4 years now. I’m the only vegan in my family but my entire family also loves these cakes. My favorite is still probably the lemon berry cake, but it was this years cake that inspired me write this review. If you want a delicious vegan cake that also looks gorgeous, cake. vegan bakery is THE place to go. We've eaten a lot of vegan cakes, and this was hands-down THE BEST one we've EVER had. The cake was rich without being gummy or dry like many vegan cakes tend to be. It was moist and full and didn't condense under the weight of the frosting or decoration.
