Great little gem nice atmosphere
I have been eating here for years, as the food has always been delicious but I just have to say that the zuppa toscana special is seriously one of the best I have ever had. It came as a recommendation from Craig, a patron at the bar, and it did not disappoint. Please run this special often 😂
We wanted Italian tonight and was pleased to find Cartellis North End right in Dover.
Service was great. You can actually see the kitchen from anywhere you sit. Even though the place is small and noisy, the atmosphere was quaint and the food was delicious. I heard they give large portions, so we ended up each ordering appetizer and splitting an entree but still brought some home. Loved the spinach/artichoke dip.
