Constantly end up with my order wrong and since I like my drinks cooled off I don’t notice it until I’m not longer in the area to get it fixed. Here I ordered a tea with cream and sugar... all I got was hot water and a team bag. Come on...
I’ve spoken to the manager in the past and he chalked it up to new workers in the beginning. Can that same excuse be said now? 🤔

So good even reindeer will cross train tracks for Dunkin’ in Dover, NH! Always friendly. Always greet me by name and have my daily order memorized. It’s like a local neighborhood coffee shop. Love Dunkin’. Part of my day every day.
I was greeted when I first walked in but was unsure of what I wanted. When I was ready I had to ask a girl working if she was ready to help me that was talking to a friend on the other side of the counter. While I was waiting for my drink to be made employees and this friend proceeded to throw receipt balls back and forth at each other that landed on the floor and were then thrown back into the work area.
